Returns & Exchanges

At T.U.K., we want you to love your new shoes, so we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your footwear is tested on carpeted surfaces to maintain the condition of the soles for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
